Vit D & Omega-3 for Depression

- 4000 IU of Vitamin D had the most impact
- 1500mg of >= 60% EPA Omega-3 had possibly more impact than SSRIs
- That's 2 softgels of the Kirkland 450mg EPA + 300mg DHA per day
